Should you go see Joker in theaters this week? Maybe you are on the fence, you’ve started to hear some of the negative rumblings from the “Critics”. Yes, you should go see this movie! Joaquin Phoenix is just amazing in the role of Joker and the supporting cast is terrific all around. Now if you are a Batman purest and you are wanting to make sense of how this fits into the DC Universe, you will be upset. This film was made as a one-off character study of a single character, don’t expect to see Joaquin Phoenix face off with Batman down the line however if it were to happen it might be one of the best films of all time in my opinion.
